Brickography support
Something not working, a photo that comes out wrong, or an idea for a style? Email us, in English or French. A person reads every message and replies from the same address.
What to include
- Your phone model and Android version.
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the About screen ("Version … (build …)").
- What you did, step by step, and what happened instead: the style, the Detail setting, whether the photo came from the camera, the gallery or a share, and whether 3D was on.
- A screenshot if it helps. Please don't send a photo you would rather keep private; most problems show up with one of the built-in sample photos too.
What happens next
You get a reply by email. A bug is fixed in the next update on Google Play; if we need more detail, we ask in the same email thread. Ideas go on the list, and we tell you if one ships.
Privacy
Brickography has no internet access, so it cannot send us anything by itself: we receive only what you choose to email. We keep your email so we can reply, and delete it when you ask. Details: Privacy policy.
